Mercedes Soler Viggiani is a marketing professional with diverse experience in digital marketing and communication. Currently serving as Gerente de Mercadotecnia Digital at Hey Banco since May 2021, Mercedes previously held the role of Responsable de las Redes Sociales at Pakmail Mexico. Additional experience includes positions such as Encargada de comunicación y mercadotecnia at BIOFASE and Practicante de Mercadotecnia en el Área de Proyectos at Integración Total. Mercedes has a strong background in social media management, content creation, and customer engagement, complemented by project-based research in pricing strategies conducted for Metalsa.
