Neyda Hernández

Neyda Hernández is an experienced professional in UX design, creative content writing, and customer experience leadership. Currently serving as a UX Designer at Hey Banco since October 2021, Neyda specializes in designing banking products and ensuring user satisfaction. Concurrently, Neyda has been a Creative Content Writer for Mary Kay Cosmetics since November 2020 and previously held the position of CX Leader at Banregio from January 2017 to October 2021, where a customer-centric culture was established through personalized service. Neyda also contributed to digital marketing as Social Media & Digital Content Leader for #TuotraManoDerecha, overseeing social media coordination and audiovisual content production. Earlier career roles included working as an Auxiliar de Comunicación Social at the Municipio de Apodaca and as a Practicante at Agencia Fósforo. Neyda holds a Diplomado in Digital Sales from Universidad Tecmilenio and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences with a focus on Advertising from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
