Austin Williams

Austin Williams has extensive work experience in planning and transformation roles. Austin is currently the Vice President of Planning at HEYDUDE since May 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at Crocs, including VP of Enterprise Planning & Transformation, VP of Global Planning & Transformation, and VP of Transformation. Austin also founded Next Strategy Group in 2020. Previously, they worked at Chico's FAS, Inc. as the Vice President of Finance and Strategy, Vice President of Strategic Planning and Consumer Insights, Sr. Director of Strategic Planning, and Sr. Manager of Strategic Planning. Austin began their career at ANN INC and later worked as a Senior Assistant Buyer at Filene's | Kaufmann's Department Stores.

Austin Williams earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a concentration in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Austin completed their studies from 1999 to 2003.
