Caitlin McGrath

Caitlin McGrath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and management within the footwear and apparel industry. Currently serving as the Director of Category Management for Men's at HEYDUDE since August 2022, Caitlin previously held the position of Director of Product Strategy & Merchandising at LuggageAway from March 2021 to August 2022. Prior roles at Converse from January 2004 to March 2021 included Lead Global Product Line Manager for Converse Kids, where Caitlin developed strategic plans for the kids' category, and EMEA Strategic Key Account Marketplace Merchant, focusing on major female footwear accounts. Caitlin's earlier experience includes roles in marketing affairs and organizational operations at A Little Easier Recovery and various positions at Western New England University. Caitlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in International Business from Western New England University, supplemented by studies at Pablo De Olavide Universidad.
