Kiki Freedman has been working in the professional world since 2009. Kiki began their career as an Intern at the New York City Mayor's Office to Combat Domestic Violence, followed by a Research Assistant position at the Olin Business School. In 2010, they took on an Intern role at the Ubuntu Education Fund, where they coordinated fundraisers utilizing social media platforms. Kiki also worked as a Strategy Intern at AgroMax, where they conducted research on barriers to irrigation adoption among smallholder farmers in Uganda and developed a proposal for an in-kind irrigation lending product. In 2011, Freedman was a CRES Research Fellow at Washington University in St. Louis and in 2012 they became an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. In 2014, they joined Uber as an Operations Manager and eventually held positions as Senior Manager, Strategic Projects Manager, and Operations Manager. In 2020, they became the Co-founder and CEO of Hey Jane.
Kiki Freedman attended Phillips Academy Andover from 2005 to 2008. Kiki then went on to receive a BSBA in Economics and Strategy; International Development and Global Health Systems from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School between 2008 and 2012. Finally, they completed their MBA at Harvard Business School between 2018 and 2020.
