Furkan Tunalı

Furkan Tunalı has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions and companies. Furkan currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at heyData, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, Furkan held the position of Senior Software Architect at SGEF Digital Factory from November 2019 to May 2020. Furkan also worked as a Senior Backend Architect at Experimental Game GmbH from December 2018 to February 2019.

In 2017, Furkan took on the role of Lead Front-end Developer at Groupe Chantelle, where they were responsible for managing the front-end team, overseeing HR and hiring processes, modernizing architecture, and improving the codebase. Before that, they worked as a Universal JavaScript Engineer at Pixsy Inc. from January 2017 to August 2017, contributing to full-stack JavaScript development and delivering new features with thorough testing.

Furkan's earlier work experience includes roles such as Software Architect & JavaScript Developer at Talented Square Corporation from August 2015 to August 2016, where they worked on architectural design and development for a recruiting startup project. Furkan also worked on front-end development for an undisclosed multinational retail corporation's online wholesale seller portal.

Before that, Furkan founded NOD studios in November 2012, where they served as a Founder, full stack web developer, and designer. Furkan handled various web development and design projects for clients, using skills such as JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and CanJS.

Further back, Furkan worked as a Web Developer at Fox International Channels from January 2012 to December 2012 and at Projectz from June 2011 to December 2011. Furkan started their career as a Web Developer at Manajans/JWT in May 2009, where they remained until June 2011.

Furkan Tunalı attended Kadir Has University from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Computer Technology and Programming. Furkan is currently still pursuing their degree at Anadolu Open Education Faculty in the field of Business and Economics. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education at Fatih Sehremini High School and their elementary education at Hobyarli Ahmetpasa Elementary School and Çapa Atatürk Elementary School. Additionally, they have also participated in training at NodeSchool.
