Juan Mendoza has a diverse range of work experience. Juan started their career at MF Ingenieros Arquitectos as a Management Assistant, where they provided strategic planning and administrative support to the general management. Juan also played a role in negotiating with suppliers, clients, and key accounts and implemented a quality management system.

Juan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in International Business from Universidad de La Sabana in 2020.
