Luisa Betancourt

Luisa Betancourt has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in marketing and communications. Luisa worked as a Working Student in Marketing - Social Media and Content at heyData in 2023. Prior to that, they were a HI/WI Research Assistant at Technische Universität Ilmenau, where they were responsible for updating the website and creating content for social media channels for the research project DECIPHER.

Luisa also interned at HelloFresh as an Intern for Global Corporate Communications, supporting the Corporate Communications Team and creating content for company-owned channels.

Before that, they worked at Carat as a Planner Senior/Brand Leader, developing marketing strategies and managing media flows for Diageo's brands. Luisa also has experience as a Digital Strategist at Ariadna Communications Group, where they created strategies and conducted social intelligence research.

Luisa has also worked as an Account Executive, leading creative teams and managing client relationships, as well as a Senior Communications Advisor at Landacom Ltda. Prior to that, they worked at Sancho BBDO as an Account Manager, leading teams for advertising campaigns and managing digital assets. Luisa also had the role of Community Manager, creating content and conducting cool hunting for different clients.

Before that, Luisa worked as a Community Manager at ARSolutions, where they created content for social media networks and managed website updates for various musical artists.Overall, Luisa Betancourt has gained experience in various marketing and communications roles, showcasing their ability to adapt and contribute in different contexts and industries.

Luisa Betancourt obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a specialization in audiovisual production from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2013. Luisa then pursued further education and is currently enrolled at Technische Universität Ilmenau, where they are working towards a Master of Arts degree in Media and Communication Science. In addition, in October 2019, Luisa obtained the HTTPOOL Certification on Warner from IMS Internet Media Services.
