Josh Elster

Josh Elster is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Semble since March 2025, Elster focuses on enhancing patient engagement and streamlining healthcare delivery. Prior to this, Elster held the CFO position at YardLink, a tech-enabled marketplace for construction procurement, from July 2022 to March 2025. Elster's previous roles include various finance leadership positions at Zencargo, JUST EAT, and Workspace Group, ultimately progressing from Finance Analyst at BSkyB to Senior Associate at PwC. Elster is ACA qualified and has an academic background from ICAEW and Alliance Manchester Business School.
