HoTin Cheng

HoTin Cheng has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Currently, they are working as a Sales Manager and Solutions Consultant at HeyGears, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, HoTin Cheng worked as the Head of Marketing at Ethical Investments from September 2019 to March 2023. In this role, they co-founded a student organization and spearheaded the marketing campaign, among other responsibilities. They also served as a Junior Consultant at Jiangmen Municipal Government in August 2021, where they initiated a flexible compensation structure and assisted with recruitment efforts. Additionally, HoTin Cheng worked as a Business Associate Intern at JunZe Holdings Limited from November 2020 to January 2021, conducting analysis and increasing company awareness. They also worked as a Market Researcher at Tencent from July 2019 to September 2019, conducting extensive market research and presenting findings for potential collaborations. Finally, HoTin Cheng served as a Flight Commander in the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) from August 2017 to May 2018, where they managed, supervised, and mentored underclassmen.

HoTin Cheng attended Randolph-Macon Academy from 2014 to 2018 and earned a High School Diploma. From 2018 to 2022, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at UCLA, majoring in Business Economics and Psychology. In 2021, they participated in the Doing Business in China Exchange Program at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, earning a certificate.
