Lucas Candil

Lucas Candil has worked for three companies over the past nine years. From 2013 to 2019, they worked for CAS Tecnologia SA as an Electronic Technician and Electronic Technician II. During their time at CAS Tecnologia SA, their roles included conducting ESD inspections, creating budgets, analyzing and repairing telemetry equipment, welding SMD components, and creating daily reports of analyzed equipment. From 2019 to 2022, they worked for Carl Zeiss do Brasil Ltda. as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician, and Electrical Engineering Intern. Their roles included installation, de-installation, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and demo of surgical microscopes, research microscopes, and ophthalmology equipment, lead prospecting, application training, hybrid journey in-house repair/field, basic application support, diagnosis, testing, and calibration of surgical microscopes, research microscopes, and ophthalmology equipment, mentoring interns, and configuration and testing of medical equipment to PACS systems. Currently, they are employed at HeyGears as a Technical Support Engineer/Consultant.
