Neil Davidson is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Currently engaged in a Doctorate Research Programme at Aston Business School, focusing on the adoption of GenAI in creative agencies, Neil also serves as Chief Executive Officer of HeyHuman, where a new people-first brand centered on behavioral sciences was launched. As a founding member of MarketingKind, Neil promotes collaboration among marketers to advance social causes. Previous roles include Executive Planning Director at Billington Cartmell Group, Strategic Director at The Farm, Managing Partner at RAPP, and Board Account Director at RKCR/Y&R, with a career foundation that began at the UK Department of Health. Neil holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and an MA in Creative Writing from Brunel University, among other qualifications.
