Marina Romashko

Marina Romashko has experience in various roles, with their most recent position as the Co-Founder and COO at HeyLayer since 2019. In this role, they are involved in building Blockchain Storage with a smart contract app store.

Prior to that, Marina worked at Big Idea Lab from 2008, where they served as a Productivity Coach and Founder. At Big Idea Lab, they helped individuals turn their ideas into successful business concepts and assisted existing business owners in taking their businesses to the next level. Marina implemented project management methodologies, defined scopes, goals, and deliverables, and provided support and accountability to bring projects from idea to launch.

From 2006 to 2008, Marina was a Project Manager at The Reserve, where they planned and implemented improved tools for the company's project management organization. Marina handled day-to-day project management during the build phase of a website for 401K products and played a significant role in transitioning from Traditional Project Management practice to Agile Methodology.

Before that, Marina worked at Franklin Credit as a Project Manager from 2004 to 2007. In this role, they supervised all levels of SDLC, developed a project status-dashboard for effective communication, and conveyed project status to senior management and stakeholders through reports and meetings.

Marina Romashko completed their education from 1995 to 1999 at Belarus State University. During this time, they pursued an MBA degree and focused their studies on the fields of Radio-Physics, Computer Science, and Management.
