Roeland Van den Wijngaerde is a highly experienced property management professional specializing in logistics real estate and student housing. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Heylen Warehouses since March 2024, Roeland oversees flexible and sustainable logistics real estate solutions across the Benelux, France, and Spain. Prior to this role, Roeland managed two student real estate investment funds at Quares and held a senior position at TREVI Group, where responsibilities included legal, finance, and operational management of residential and commercial properties.
