Vanessa Charlton

Vanessa Charlton is currently a Consultant at Heyman Associates since October 2023 and serves as a Clinical Psychology Candidate at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology since August 2021. Previous experience includes a role as a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates from January 2021 to August 2023, and as a Managing Associate at Korn Ferry from February 2018 to May 2020. Vanessa held various positions at Heyman Associates from October 2013 to February 2018, culminating in the role of Director, where responsibilities included serving as the search lead and primary client contact. Earlier in their career, Vanessa was an Assistant Project Manager at Chaloner Associates from August 2012 to October 2013. Vanessa holds an MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University (2021-2023) and a BA from Bucknell University (2008-2012).
