Benjamin Norcross has had a varied career path, beginning with their role as a TLE Associate at Walmart in 2011. Benjamin then moved to Ideal Impact Inc in 2013, where they held two roles: Technical Account Manager and Operations Associate. In 2019, they began working at Bevi as a Customer Success Manager, and in 2020 they joined Heymarket as a Customer Success Manager, eventually becoming the Senior Customer Success Manager and then the Customer Success Team Lead. Throughout their roles, they have been responsible for managing customer accounts, onboarding and training, product adoption, and retention. Additionally, they have developed and trained others on efficient processes in the initial stages of client integrations, and has led company-wide workshops in various topics.
Benjamin Norcross obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2015. In July 2020, they received their Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot and their Google Ads Search Certification from Google.
