Prayag Narula has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry. In 2006, they completed an internship at Gemalto (formely Axalto). In 2007, they were a Development Engineer Embedded Systems at KritiKal Solutions and a Research Intern at Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Taiwan. In 2009, they were a Researcher in the Ubiquitous Interaction Group at the Helsinki Institute for Information Technology. In 2010, they were a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of California, Berkeley. From 2011 to 2020, they held various roles at LeadGenius, including Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board, President & Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Marvin.

Prayag Narula began their education in 2003, graduating from the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology in 2007 with a B.E. in Information Technology. Prayag then attended the University of California, Berkeley, graduating in 2012 with an MS in Information Systems. Prayag also attended YCombinator, though it is unclear what they studied there.
