Bas Janssen is an entrepreneur and investor who founded Declaree, which was acquired by Mobilexpense in 2019. They also founded Moboa (2012–2014) and currently lead Heyoo as founder, an AI-powered platform that helps teams activate their employees as a marketing, sales, and employer branding engine. They engage in angel investing as part of Arches Capital (2025–Present) and No Such Ventures (2022–Present). They studied at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam from 2007 to 2009.
