Eyal Yoli Abbas is an experienced engineering leader, currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at OurRitual since June 2025. Previously, at retrain.ai from November 2021 to June 2025, Eyal led the Data Tribe, overseeing three cross-functional teams focused on Data Strategy and AI solutions, achieving a 50% improvement in group velocity and managing an annual advisory budget of $170K. Eyal has held multiple positions within retrain.ai, including Tech Lead and PaaS Team Lead, and co-founded Swaplet, a mobile platform for home swapping. Eyal's background includes a substantial tenure with the Israel Defence Forces as Big Data Team Lead, overseeing the development of a big data platform for cybersecurity, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from The College of Management Academic Studies.
