Marc Navarro has worked in a variety of roles across multiple industries. In 2021, they began working as a Content Strategist for HeyTrade, where they are responsible for designing a cohesive content strategy to build HeyTrade's brand and attract and engage the company's target audience. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Communications Manager for Strands, a fintech software company. Marc's key responsibilities included leading the company's PR and content marketing strategies. Marc Navarro has a diverse educational background. Marc began their studies in 2005 at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Translation and Interpreting (English, French, Spanish) in 2009. Marc then attended the Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism. In 2015, they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Digital Communication from the UPF Barcelona School of Management. Additionally, they participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Limerick in 2006-2007, studying Modern Languages & Applied Linguistics.
Marc Navarro has also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they received a Rhetoric: The Art of Persuasive Writing and Public Speaking certificate from Harvard University and a How to Think and Write Like a Critic certificate from The School of The New York Times. In 2022, they earned a Foundations of UX Design certificate from Google and a UX Writing: User Experience and Content Design certificate from Udemy. Marc also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge.
