Amy Lawrence

Amy Lawrence has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Amy currently holds the position of VP of Compliance & Associate General Counsel at HF Foods Group Inc (starting from November 2022). Prior to this, they worked at Lottery.com as Vice President Compliance and Compliance Officer (from January 2022 to September 2022). Amy also has experience at AGS - American Gaming Systems, where they held multiple roles including Compliance Officer, VP of Regulatory Affairs and Associate General Counsel, and Sr. Director of Regulatory Affairs and Associate General Counsel (from May 2016 to January 2022). Amy worked as an Associate General Counsel at MGM Resorts International (from August 2014 to May 2016) and as a Corporate Counsel and Director of Risk Management at SHFL entertainment (from January 2011 to August 2014). Amy has also worked at Shuffle Master, Inc. as the Director of SEC Compliance (from April 2007 to January 2011), at Overstock.com as the Director of Internal Audit (in 2006 and 2007), and at Daines Goodwin & Co. as an SOX Audit Manager (from 2004 to 2006). Their earliest work experience was as a Bookkeeper at Kosmo Corporation, International (from 1996 to 2003).

Amy Lawrence attended Westminster College from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Philosophy. Amy then completed their education at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law from 1999 to 2002, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
