Carlos Rodriguez has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on corporate management and strategic planning. Carlos has held various leadership roles in prominent companies such as HF Foods Group Inc, Generate Life Sciences, California Pizza Kitchen, DreamWorks Animation, Fresh & Easy, JustFab, ADMI Inc., Microsoft, WET Design, and Indymac Bank. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, technical accounting, financial audits, treasury/cash management, corporate development, strategic planning, sales forecasting, and taxation. Carlos has successfully managed high-growth companies, completed merger and acquisition transactions, and implemented integrated financial systems. Carlos Rodriguez earned an MBA in Corporate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business from 2001 to 2004. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California from 1992 to 1997. In addition, they hold a Master's degree in Finance, General from USC Marshall School of Business. Carlos is also a Certified Public Accountant, having obtained their certification from the California Board of Accountancy in 1998.
