Elhanna Machado Cavaco is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at HFM since March 2025. Previously, Elhanna held the position of Head of People & Culture at THE KEENFOLKS, where responsibilities included directing a comprehensive People & Culture strategy encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and DEI initiatives.
