Nikolaus has worked in various roles such as Marketing Manager, Managing Director, and Project Manager Marketing and Sales. Nikolaus has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from Technische Universität Dresden and a Bachelor of Science from Universität Siegen. As a co-founder of a startup, Nikolaus successfully developed and executed an award-winning business plan, establishing key relationships with stakeholders. Nikolaus has also completed a trainee program in Marketing & Sales, gaining valuable experience both locally and internationally.
