Tim Bommer is a Senior Research and Development Engineer at HF MIXING GROUP since September 2015, serving as the deputy to the Head of R&D. With a background in coordinating and managing internal R&D projects, Tim focuses on process development, improvement, and automation in rubber compounding. Previous roles include Process Engineer, where responsibilities involved optimizing and industrializing rubber compounding processes, as well as conducting failure analysis and material evaluation. Tim completed a Master of Science in Verfahrenstechnik at Cologne University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Maschinenbau Verfahrenstechnik at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University. An internship at Farrel Pomini further enriched Tim's practical experience in the field.
