Joseph Richards is a seasoned professional in analytics and finance with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Manager of Analytics & Strategy at HF Sinclair since June 2023, Joseph has also held positions such as Lead Analyst and Senior Analyst within the same department. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Priority Power INC and The Michaels Companies, along with a Financial Planning & Analysis Internship at Farmer Brothers. Joseph's career began at PwC, where roles included Assurance Associate and Assurance Intern. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University, a Master’s degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting also from Oklahoma State University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Hutchinson Community College.
