Kyle Rogers

Kyle Rogers, MBA, ARM, serves as the Director of Risk and Real Estate at HF Sinclair since December 2012. Previous experience includes roles on the Board of Directors for the Risk & Insurance Management Society - DFW Chapter from January 2011 to December 2017, and as a Senior Risk Analyst at Energy Future Holdings from July 2011 to December 2012. Prior positions include Risk Analyst at Oxy, Claims Adjuster at Sedgwick CMS, and internships in corporate security, business continuity, risk management, and human resources at Hunt Oil Company and the University of North Texas. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Administration & Planning from the University of North Texas, an MBA in Management from The University of Dallas, and an Associate in Risk Management designation from the Insurance Institute of America. Additionally, Kyle completed specialized training in Energy Risk Management at Saint Joseph's University.
