Matthew Reinhart

Matthew Reinhart currently serves as Vice President of Global Logistics at HF Sinclair, a position held since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing transportation logistics for petroleum and renewable products across various modes. Prior experience at HollyFrontier involved a similar leadership role in global logistics, as well as positions in procurement and legal counsel related to crude oil refining and petroleum marketing. Matthew's legal background includes an associate attorney role at Haynes and Boone, LLP, focusing on commercial real estate transactions, along with a clerkship at the U.S. Department of Justice. Prior to entering the legal field, Matthew served as an officer in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Ronald Reagan. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
