Michael A. Oliva, MBA, has extensive experience in work process transformation and business intelligence, currently serving as the Director of Work Process Transformation at HF Sinclair. Prior experience includes founding DataRunway as Principal Consultant and holding the position of EHS Standards & Processes – Business Intelligence & Digital Technology at Marathon Petroleum Corporation. Additionally, Michael has a background in demand planning at Johnson & Johnson and served in Tactical Operations (Infantry) in the US Army. Michael earned an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and the University of Texas at Austin, both from 2018 to 2020.
