As a Co-Founder of HfactoR since August 2018, Balaji has leveraged expertise gained during a 13-year tenure at Randstad India, where roles included Senior Program Manager and Technical Lead, focusing on the development and customization of staffing applications and payroll systems. Prior to Randstad, Balaji gained foundational skills as a Programmer Trainee at Cognizant Technology Solutions, working with business intelligence tools and web applications. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in System Management from the University of Madras and a BSc in Mathematics from RKM Vivekananda College, complemented by a GNIIT in System Management from NIIT.
