Claudia Steeb began their career in 1981 as an Associate at US Steel Corporation, where they worked in the Realty Development Division. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing and developing various types of properties. After five years, they joined Lane Noland Smith & Co as a Senior Associate, specializing in underwriting and securing loans for clients. In 1995, Claudia joined HFF as a Managing Director, focusing primarily on Debt Placement and Investment Sales for retail, self-storage, and office properties throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Claudia's career continued to grow in 1995 when they joined JLL as a Senior Managing Director. With JLL's acquisition of HFF in 2019, Claudia transitioned to JLL Capital Markets, where they are now responsible for debt and equity placement, as well as Investment Advisory for commercial real estate properties in the United States. Throughout their career, Claudia has gained extensive experience in complicated multi-asset transactions across various property types, including regional malls, single tenant properties, grocery-anchored retail, power and community centers, MOB, suburban office, and self-storage properties.
