Sarah Tam

Sarah Tam is currently an Associate Analyst at HF&H Consultants, LLC, where Sarah provides cost-based rate adjustments and rate-setting services to public agencies in California. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as an Assistant Analyst supporting the Rates and Audit team at the same company. Sarah previously worked as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Riverside, assisting in game theory research with Dr. Rami Zwick. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Riverside and graduated from George Washington High School in 2017.
