Nicholas Hamatsos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nicholas is currently working at HFIS group, where they started as an Innovation Specialist in November 2017 and later became a Business Transformation Analyst in February 2019. In April 2021, they were promoted to the role of Product Manager, and in January 2023, they became the Head of Product. In 2019, Nicholas also co-founded a company called Ome. Prior to these roles, they gained internship experience at Marsh in 2016 and worked as a Hull and P&I Assistant at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in 2015. Nicholas also had a brief role as a PEME Team Administrator at UK P&I Club in 2015 and worked as a Bar Member at Prince Of Wales pub from 2013 to 2014.
Nicholas Hamatsos attended East Barnet School from 2005 to 2013, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time. From 2013 to 2017, they studied at Nottingham Trent University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including the CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in August 2017, the Certificate in Equality and Diversity from Nottingham Trent University in April 2017, the Certificate in Sustainability and Practice from Nottingham Trent University in April 2017, the Certificate in Sustainable Tourism from Nottingham Trent University in March 2017, and the FA Level One Football Coaching certification from The Football Association in August 2014.
