Alyson Belz

Alyson Belz, MBA, MS, FHFMA, currently serves as the Executive Director of RCM Services at Optum since March 2023, following the merger of Change Healthcare and OptumInsight. Alyson has a significant history with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Metro NY Chapter, holding multiple roles including President Elect and Executive Board Member since May 2019, and is also a member of the National Advisory Councils for HFMA. Previous leadership positions include Executive Director of Revenue Excellence at Change Healthcare, Regional Vice President of Patient Experience and Sales at R1 RCM, and Director of Sales at nThrive, among other roles in healthcare sales and management. Alyson holds an Executive MBA and a Master of Science in Healthcare Policy and Research from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida State University.
