Eliza Lacey

Eliza Lacey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Eliza currently holds the position of Interim Head of People at Hft since November 2023, where they are responsible for delivering strategic HR initiatives and handling complex ER casework. Prior to this, Eliza worked as an HR Operations Manager/Business Partner at Hft, where they reported to the Head of People and managed HR initiatives across the organization.

Before joining Hft, Eliza served as a Regional HR Advisor at Incentive FM from July 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they provided support and guidance on HR issues in a multi-branded region, including employees from various levels and backgrounds.
