Tom Westerman

Tom Westerman is an experienced civil engineer specializing in bridge engineering. Currently serving as a Bridge Engineer at Hg Consult, Inc. since November 2017, Tom previously held the position of Senior Bridge Engineer at Jacobs from February 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that role, Tom was the Railway Bridge Lead at Stantec from April 2013 to November 2017, focusing on expanding the railway bridge market and providing leadership on significant railway engineering projects. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, earned between 1978 and 1982.
