Natalia Escalona Palma

Natalia Escalona Palma is an experienced professional in management and communication with a diverse background spanning several organizations. Currently serving as an Analista de gestión at HG S.A. since July 2022, Natalia also volunteers with Asociación Down del Uruguay in communications and as Secretary of the Board. Previous roles include content management and project consulting at Xn Partners, business research analysis at The Smart Cube, and development and internal communication analysis at Indutop S.A. and its associated companies. Natalia began a career in human capital consulting at Deloitte. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from Universidad de Montevideo, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Católica del Uruguay, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the same institution, coupled with an exchange program at Regent's University London.
