David Birch

David Birch has extensive experience in sports facility management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Projects Co-ordinator at HG Sports Turf since May 2015. Prior to this role, David worked at J Mallinson (Ormskirk) Ltd from July 2006 to May 2015, gaining hands-on experience as Fleet Manager and Plant Operator while working on prestigious venues such as Twickenham Stadium and Aintree Racecourse. Additionally, David held the position of Grounds Manager at JMO SPORTS LIMITED from January 2011 to March 2014, overseeing the facilities management of a multi-sport complex. David Birch holds a Bachelor's Degree in Machinery Management and Logistics and an FdSc in the same field from the University of Central Lancashire, along with a National Diploma in Land-Based Engineering from Myerscough College.
