Donald Briggs

Donald Briggs is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Hg80 Real Estate since November 2023, Donald has previously held positions such as Managing Director at Eastern Real Estate LLC and President of Development at Urban Edge Properties. A long tenure at Federal Realty Investment Trust spanned from September 2000 to August 2018, where Donald advanced through multiple executive roles, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President. Additional experience includes serving as President of Federal Realty Boston Inc. and Development Manager at Cousins Properties. Donald started a career at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, progressing from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager. Donald holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Florida, obtained in May 1991.
