Robert Gehrum

Robert Gehrum is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in pre-construction and project management. Currently serving as the Sr. Pre-Construction Manager at HGC Construction since May 2023, Robert previously held significant roles at Al. Neyer, including Director of Design-Build and Director of Preconstruction from November 2015 to May 2023. Previous positions include Senior Estimator at Skanska USA Building Inc., Director of Construction Services at Solica Construction, and Owner/Pre-Construction Manager at RJG Construction Services LLC. Robert also has a strong background in estimating and project management from roles at Cincinnati United Contractors, Messer Construction Co., Paul Hemmer Companies, and early co-op experiences at Bunnell Hill Construction and the City of Covington, Kentucky. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and is a graduate of La Salle High School.
