Chase Markey

Chase Markey is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in enhancing operational efficiency and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Currently serving as Operations Manager at HGC Industries since September 2022, Chase previously held the same title at Nucor Insulated Panel Group from March 2021 to September 2022. Notably, at Specialty Coating Systems, Inc., from September 2010 to March 2021, Chase led the implementation of the Operational Excellence program across 13 global sites, resulting in significant annual savings and workforce engagement. Additional roles included Plant Manager, Operational Excellence Leader, and Production Engineer, where Chase utilized lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production processes. Chase began the career as a Plant Engineer at Scepter from June 2005 to September 2010. Chase holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
