Matt Roesch

Matt is active in the firm's Fund IV investments in Warren Averett Asset Management, PCF Insurance, Merit and SRG, Fund III investment in AMI as well as the Fund II investments in Integrity and Dynata. He previously was involved with the firm’s exited investment in MaMa Rosa’s.

Prior to joining HGGC, Matt was an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse Securities, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalization.
