Billy Howell

Billy Howell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in clinical services and business development. Currently serving as President & CEO at HGI Clinical Solutions since January 2022, Billy oversees operations of a relationship-focused clinical services provider with a diverse range of therapeutic experience. Prior roles include Director of Client Services at MedSource, where leadership of the Recruiting team ensured delivery of resources within expectations, and Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same organization, known for its expertise in oncology, neurology, and rare diseases. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Business Development at both HGI Clinical Solutions and Media Riders Inc., where responsibilities encompassed market evaluations and fostering customer growth, along with a tenure as Sales Manager at Naknan Inc., focusing on government hardware and software sales. Billy holds a degree from Sam Houston State University.
