Colin Bennett

Colin Bennett is an Investment Director at the Housing Growth Partnership, where they lead projects supporting the development of over 7,500 homes in Scotland, Yorkshire, and North East England. With a background as a Senior Analyst at the Bank of Scotland and extensive experience in private equity at LDC, Colin has been instrumental in managing investments and driving growth for various companies in the real estate and energy sectors. Colin also served as a Non-Executive Director for CMS Window Systems and Duncan and Todd Group, contributing to strategic expansion initiatives. They hold a BA Hons in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University.
