Helen Babbe

Helen is responsible for leading the overall Human Resources global strategy nuanced for regional requirements that prioritizes the talent processes, programs, and initiatives critical to the success of all of our employees. Additionally, Helen co-ordinates the Group Management Board and leads the Business Transformation Office, leading significant change management initiatives globally.
