Kelli Douglass Downs

Kelli Douglass Downs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production management and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Production Manager at HH Global since November 2019, Kelli previously held multiple roles at Worth Higgins & Associates, including Quality Manager, Account Manager, and Account Executive from 2010 to 2019. Kelli's earlier career includes positions as an Account Manager and Estimator/Planner at Worth Higgins & Associates and as a Quality Control Intern at McNaughton & Gunn, Inc., where Kelli contributed to ISO 9001:2000 documentation and training. Kelli began a career in the printing industry as a Pre-Press technician at McNaughton & Gunn, Inc. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Printing Management & New Media Printing and Publishing from Ferris State University, completed in 2007, and graduated from Dexter High School in 2002.
