Julian Niederauer

Julian Niederauer has worked in various roles in the business operations field since 2012. Starting at Accenture as an Analyst in Strategy, they then moved to a Consultant role, and then a Manager role. In 2017, they joined hy - the Axel Springer Consulting Group as a Senior Manager in Strategy and Digital Transformation, and was later promoted to Vice President and Head of Business Operations. In 2020, they worked as Interim Head of Sales Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Smart InsurTech AG, and then as a Management Consultant and Advisor in Business Operations at HH2E. Currently, they are the Head of Business Operations at HH2E, a position they have held since 2023.

Julian Niederauer holds a Master of Arts degree in European Studies from Freie Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Economics from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Harvard Business School Online, Deutsche Hotelakademie, and Wine & Spirit Education Trust, including Leading with Finance (2021), Assistant Sommelier (DHA) (2020), and Level 3 Award in Wine (Pass with Distinction) (2020).
