Bonnie Solomon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bonnie is currently employed at HHAeXchange as a Client Solutions Director since November 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Client Projects at HHAeXchange from January 2023 to November 2023. Bonnie was promoted to a leadership position within the implementation team at HHAeXchange post-merger after successfully building the customer success function within Annkissam. Their responsibilities in this role included overseeing a team, developing client implementation strategies, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Before joining HHAeXchange, Bonnie worked at Annkissam, which was later acquired by HHAeXchange. Bonnie held various positions at Annkissam, including Director of Client Success from January 2020 to January 2022, Senior Project Manager and Organizational Change Lead from July 2017 to January 2020, Project Manager and Matrix Organization Champion from April 2017 to October 2018, and Business Analyst from January 2016 to March 2017.
Prior to their time at Annkissam, Bonnie also gained experience working at Ahold as an Organizational Development Specialist (contract) from February 2015 to August 2015. Additionally, they worked at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts as a Senior Patient Services Specialist from March 2011 to February 2015 and as a Patient Services Specialist from February 2010 to March 2011.
Bonnie's early career includes roles such as a Consulting Intern and Developmental Coach at Babson College from October 2013 to July 2014, Co-founder of the Positive Psychology Club from May 2013 to June 2014, a Clinical Psychology Intern at High Point Treatment Center from September 2012 to May 2013, and a Team Leader and Curriculum Developer at Moishe Kavod House Boston: Sex Ed Team from September 2010 to February 2012.
Bonnie started their professional journey as a Resident Assistant at the University of Massachusetts from August 2008 to May 2009 and also worked as a Supervisor at the Fine Arts Center Box Office from February 2006 to May 2009.
Bonnie Solomon received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2009. Bonnie then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from William James College, which they completed in 2014. In addition to their formal education, Bonnie has also obtained certifications in Developmental Coaching from Babson College and Sexuality Education from the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts.
