Stephen Vaccaro

Stephen Vaccaro serves as President at HHAeXchange, where he leads the market strategy and national expansion of HHAeXchange’s provider and portfolios.

As President of HHAeXchange, Stephen has helped establish HHeXchange as a leading, award-winning homecare management software.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry, Stephen has spent time on both the payer and provider sides of the market. He has a proven track record of success in executive leadership, sales, service delivery, strategic planning, project management, P&L management, product development, and acquisition integration.

Prior to joining HHAeXchange, Stephen was Senior Vice President and Program Integrity General Manager at Health Management Systems, Inc., where he was responsible for successfully building its Program Integrity vertical into an $80M enterprise for payer clients in the state Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, and commercial health space.

Stephen holds an MBA from Hofstra University as well as a BA in Economics and Applied Math & Statistics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
