With extensive experience in recruitment, diversity, and inclusion, Ebony has held various roles in companies such as HHHunt, ChemTreat, and Circuit City. Ebony has also demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to promoting diversity and equity within organizations. Ebony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Virginia Commonwealth University and recently completed a certificate program in Diversity and Inclusion for Human Resource Professionals at Cornell University.
